* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Audrey Meyer
Audrey A. Meyer, 93, of Minster, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2016.
She was born on December 5, 1922 in Minster, Ohio, to Frank and Isabel (Ortman) Frierott. She was a lifelong resident of Minster and lifelong member of St. Augustine Parish. She was a 1940 graduate of Minster High School. On June 19, 1947 she married Paul H. Meyer in Minster, Ohio. He passed away April 2, 2004.
Surviving are 2 sons, Doug (Sue) Meyer of Centerville and Dale Meyer of Minster, and a daughter, Paula (Mark) Brunn of Mansfield. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren (Ellen Meyer, Emily Meyer, Elizabeth (Dan) Wanders, Carolyn (Andrew) Young, Megan Brunn, Jason Brunn) and 1 great grandson (Caleb Young). Also surviving is a sister, Eunice Piening of Minster.
She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Don Piening, of Minster, a sister and brother-in-law, Joann and Dale Macke, of St. Marys, and a niece, Cheryl (Macke) Cheslock, of St. Marys.
Audrey was a homemaker her entire life and always enjoyed spending time with her family. She lived on the home farm in Minster for all but 10 months of her life.
She had many interests which included golf at Arrowhead Park which opened in 1967, tennis in Minster and at Orchard Hill in Lima, card playing in a group of 9 Minster couples who did many things together over a 60 year time period, bridge club with a group of ladies, traveling (especially to Europe and Hawaii) and, last but not least, hosting and attending many parties. She just loved to socialize with both Minster folks and those from neighboring towns.
Philanthropically, she was a supporter of the Minster High School Scholarship Fund, the Arrowhead Park Golf Club, the Oktoberfest celebration, and the St. Marys Hospital Memorial Foundation.
A Mass of Christian burial will be conducted at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster with Fr. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 and from 9:00 am–9:30 am on Wednesday, July 6, 2016.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Minster High School Scholarship Fund.
