* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Motorcyclist injured

A Mercer County Sheriff's sergeant examines the scene of an accident on U.S. 127 on Wednesday. About 3:25 p.m., a motorcycle driven by Avery M. Moeller, 23, 6100 Tama Road, was traveling northbound on U.S. 127 and slowed down to turn right onto Tama Road. A semitrailer driven by Dustin R. Garn, 33, Sturgis, Mich., was traveling behind the motorcycle and ran into it. Moeller, who was wearing a helmet, suffered serious injuries and was taken by squad to Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. Garn, who was not injured, was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
