* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Patrick Moran
Patrick G. Moran, age 92 of Otterbein Living Center, St. Marys, Ohio passed away on July 14, 2016.
He was born February 12, 1924 in Moulton Township, Ohio to Frank and Alodia (Zink) Moran. He married Mary Roettger of St. Marys, on August 21, 1943 in Stuart, Florida where he was stationed with the U.S. Army Air Corps. Mary preceded Pat in death on January 13, 2015.
Surviving are six children, son, James (Linda) Moran of Celina, OH, daughter, Kandace (Tom) Hollman of Daytona Beach, FL., daughter, Kendra (Larry) Rasche of Franklin, NC, daughter, Kimbra (Tim) Koch of Cincinnati, OH, son, Patrick (Mary) Moran of St. Marys, OH, and son, David (Brenda) Moran of Celina, OH; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Jim (Ada) Moran, Celina; Tom (Judy) Moran, Wapakoneta; a sister-in-law, Ruth (Bill) Dustman, St. Marys and brother-in-law, Al Roettger, Pompano Beach, FL.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; two daughters, Karen and Laura Moran, who both died in infancy; brother, Frank Moran and his wife, Joan; a sister, Betty Miller and her husband George and in-laws, Anna (Jim) Miller; Vernon Roettger and Margaret Roettger.
Pat was a 1942 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He, along with wife, Mary, founded Moran's Refrigeration in 1947, which remains in business today.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 22nd at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, with Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys, OH.
Calling is 4-8 p.m., Thursday, July 21st and 9-10 a.m. on Friday, July 22nd at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, OH.
Memorials may be made to the Capital Improvement Fund at St. Patrick's Church, Glynwood, OH or to CHP Hospice, Van Wert, OH.
