Celina firefighter/paramedic Mitch Leugers, far right, gives Japanese exchange students a bird's-eye view of the city on Tuesday morning by taking them up in the fire truck bucket behind the fire station. Seven delegates of Minamiawaji, Japan visited Celina to sign a resolution reaffirming their sister city partnership. The delegates will return to Japan today, but the 12 exchange students and three chaperones will continue touring Mercer County through the rest of the week.
