ST. MARYS - Resident and St. Marys school board member Bob Valentine at Monday's city council meeting questioned a meeting between city officials and Clover Apelian of Clover Development Strategies to discuss city revitalization.
CELINA - A killer's request for parole has been denied, keeping him in prison for at least another 10 years.
Gary Schulte, 60, will have to wait until September 2026 for another parole hearing for the August 1993 murder of Sharon Post, 32, in the Williamsburg Square Apartments.

NEW BREMEN - Police Sgt. Brad Pyles announced to council members Monday night his intention to retire and request to be rehired.

COLDWATER - Village council members at Monday's meeting approved buying 10 new protective body vests for police officers.

Village administrator Ron Gelhaus reported that demolition on the building is complete.
