* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Ava Garman
Ava Rose Garman, infant daughter of Alexis Hague and Mason Garman, Saint Marys, was stillborn at 11:50 P.M. Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
Along with her parents, Ava is survived by her maternal grandparents, Kevin (Debbie) Hague of Rockford, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Gary (Julie) Garman of Lindale, Georgia. She is survived by her great-grandparents, including: Susan Shoffstall of Celina; Steve Hague of Celina; Ron (Becky) Miller of Greentown, Indiana; Susan Dodson of Saint Marys; Jane Pickering of Celina; by her great-great-grandparents: Homer Sparks of Saint Marys; Arnold Baker of Van Wert; a special family friend, Marge Gehm. She is survived by many aunts and uncles, including: Audrey Hague of Saint Marys; Ashley Hague of Rockford; Abby Hague of Rockford; Bryan Molina of Rockford; Aimee Waterman of Springfield, Ohio; Robert Waterman of Lima; Robin Waterman of Springfield; Grant Sullivan of Lima; Brian Sullivan of Lindale, Georgia; Eric Sullivan of Michigan.
Ava was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Karl Shoffstall.
Funeral rites will be held 4:00 P.M. Friday, September 16, 2016, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Tony Richmond, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 2-4 P.M. Friday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be made to Ava's family.
