* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Jerome Stalder
Jerome C. Stalder, age 59, of Coldwater, died Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at The James Cancer Center, Columbus.
He was born October 22, 1956 in Coldwater to the late Donald & Maria (Dirksen) Stalder. On August 26, 1978 he married Cathy J. (Ireland) at Holy Trinity Church in Coldwater and she survives in Coldwater.
He is also survived by four children: Justin Stalder of Coldwater, Tyler & Rebecca Stalder of Minster, Sarah & Kirk Lundgren of St. Marys and Daniel Stalder of Coldwater; 4 grandchildren: Oliver Lundgren, Jeremiah Todd, Jeffrey Nickels and Josiah Nickels; siblings: Ronald Stalder of Celina, Diane & Roger Schmit of Coldwater, Janie & Gerald Bertke of Coldwater, William & Rebecca Stalder of Michigan and Rick & Linda Stalder of Coldwater; and in laws: Rick & Trina Ireland of Columbus and Cindy & Kress Barton of New Mexico.
He is preceded in death by a sister Theresa Bice.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He was a truck driver since 1975 and retired from Clopay Transportation after 23 years of service. He was the nominee and recipient of numerous State and National Driving Awards due to his strong work ethic and more than 4.7 million accident and citation free miles in his career.
Jerry will be most missed for his love of life, devotion to family and wonderful sense of humor.
Funeral Services will be held 10:30 am Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 pm on Friday and after 9:30 am on Saturday at the funeral home, Coldwater.
