* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Maxine Wright
Maxine L. Wright, 83, St. Marys, OH died 8:35 a.m. Wednesday September 14, 2016 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH.
She was born June 19, 1933 near New Hampshire, OH to R. Dale and Opal (Chiles) Line. On August 7, 1951 in Kossuth, OH she married Donald E. Wright, who died January 8, 2001.
Survivors include: daughter Diane (Doug) Bonifas of Celina, OH; son Dave (Judi) Wright of St. Marys, OH; son Anthony Wright of St. Marys, OH; daughter Pam (Ted) Fox of St. Marys, OH; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Doris Line of Mendon, OH; sister-in-law Dorothy Silver of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents R. Dale and Opal Line; husband Donald Wright; brother Roy Line; sister Alice Marie Line; brother-in-law Berry Silver.
She was a graduate of Spencerville High School.
She was a homemaker. Maxine was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and its choir. Her favorite pastimes included family activities, playing cards with her friends and caring for her pets.
Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Monday September 19, 2016 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 511 E. Spring Street in St. Marys, with Rev. Barry Stechschulte, celebrant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Rita's Hospice.
