* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Roger Sturgill
Roger Dean Sturgill, 60, of St. Marys, OH died 4:45 p.m. Tuesday September 13, 2016 at his residence.
He was born October 23, 1955 in Lima, OH to Adam F. and Avonell (Perry) Sturgill, Sr.
Survivors include: mother Avonell Sturgill of St. Marys, OH; brother Adam Sturgill, Jr. of St. Marys, OH; brother William Keith Sturgill of St. Marys, OH; brother Michael "Joe" Sturgill of St. Marys, OH; sister Freda Turner of St. Marys, OH; sister Jennifer (Dustin) Dailey of St. Marys, OH; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: father Adam Sturgill, Sr.
He was a graduate of Bath High School in Lima, OH.
A mechanic, he was employed at Hegemier Tire Service in Wapakoneta, OH and Keith's Service Center in St. Marys. He was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and NASCAR.
Services are scheduled to begin 10:30 a.m. Saturday September 17, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. The Rev. Tim Smith will officiate the services.
Visitation is one hour before the services on Saturday.
