Larry E. Sweeney, age 69, of Celina, OH, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Saint Rita's Medical Center, Lima, OH at 1:25 pm.

He was born April 5, 1947 in Celina, OH to the late John E. and Mabel (Hopper) Sweeney.

He is survived by three brothers, Charles (Kay) Sweeney, St. Marys, OH, Chris Sweeney, Wapakoneta, OH, and John L. (Lyn) Sweeney, Celina, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

Larry was also preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Gloria Sweeney.

Larry was very involved with Cheryl Ann Programs throughout his entire life and worked in their workshop for many years. He attended New Life Apostolic Church in Celina.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on October 3, 2016 in North Grove Cemetery, Celina, OH with Pastor Allen Thwaits and Pastor Simon Young officiating.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to New Life Apostolic Church, Celina and/or Celina Manor activity fund.
