Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... William E. Breauchy, 75, Rockford, died on Sept. 24, 2016, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
Memorial services are at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Bridge Community Church, Decatur, Indiana.
