Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Robert E. Felver, 75, Celina, died at 6:55 a.m. Nov. 19, 2016, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
