* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Mary Renbarger
Mary C. Renbarger, 92, St. Marys, OH died 2:50 a.m. Friday November 18, 2016 at her residence.
She was born March 10, 1924 in Wapakoneta, OH to Gerald and Pearl (Christler) Burden. On June 1, 1946 in Wapakoneta, OH she married Romaine "Red" Renbarger, who died January 25, 1982.
Survivors include: daughter Dawn Nolan of Wapakoneta, OH; daughter Diane Music of Lima, OH; 4 grandchildren: Amanda (Jeff) Ruvoldt of St. Marys, OH, Deanna Schroer of New Bremen, OH, Kayla Music of Lima, OH, Keith Music of Lima, OH; 5 great-grandchildren: Lucas and Steven Axe of St. Marys, OH, Jessica, Tricia and Cindy Schemmel of New Bremen, OH; sister Janice Daugherty of St. Marys, OH; sister Lois Axe of St. Marys, OH; 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
Preceded in death by: parents Gerald and Pearl Burden; husband Romaine "Red" Renbarger; brother John Burden; son-in-law Darrell Music; brother-in-law Paul Axe; brother-in-law Earl Daugherty; brother-in-law Max Renbarger; sister-in-law Virginia Renbarger.
She was a graduate of Blume High School in Wapakoneta. She was a retired cafeteria worker for the St. Marys City School System. Her favorite pastimes included needle work, reading and bird-watching. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Rites are scheduled to begin 1:30 p.m. Wednesday November 23, 2016 at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street Chapel) in St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home on High Street.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice.
