* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Thomas Quinlin
Thomas S. Quinlin age 60 of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Minster died at 12:44 PM on Monday, July 3, 2017 in Columbus.
He was born on October 2, 1956 in St. Marys to the late Thomas E. & La Donna A. (Wuebker) Quinlin.
He is survived by brother & sisters: Dr. Teresa "Terri" E. Quinlin, MD and James R. Dydo, Ph.D., Groveport, Michele & Scott Tritt, Dayton, Michael E. & Linda Quinlin, Centerville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother James Joseph Quinlin.
Tom attended Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked for the Air Force in Logistics and at Lucent Technologies.
A memorial Mass will be held 10 AM on Friday July 14 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio, with Rev. Rick Nieberding, celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Thomas/James/LaDonna Quinlin Minster High School Perpetual Scholarship Fund.
