Auglaize fair wraps up
WAPAKONETA - As the 165th Auglaize County Fair winds to a close today, attendance numbers are closing in on those from last year.
Assistant fair manager Jack Hayzlett on Friday said attendance figures calculated so far are within 2 percent of last year's attendance of 55,000.
Celina has second outage this week
CELINA - The city was hit with a power outage at around 5:45 p.m. Friday, the second one to occur this week.
Mayor Jeff Hazel said Dayton Power & Light engineers experienced a problem while conducting tests on the company-owned substation on Sugar Street.
