Kay Perez, 56, Ansonia, died on Oct. 8, 2017, at her residence.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Oliver Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville, with Eric Laux officiating. Burial will follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
Calling is from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
In the lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Livestock in General 4-H Club, 4578 Elroy-Ansonia Road, Ansonia, Ohio 45303.
