* WHERE...Southern Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing brief cold air funnels this afternoon and evening. Several funnel clouds have already been spotted across west-central Ohio, with this feature potentially moving into central Ohio over the coming hours. Keep in mind, the majority of these funnels will not reach the ground, but if they do, gusty winds and minor damage may occur.

* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Marjorie Freytag
Marjorie M. "Marj" Freytag (nee DeLaet) age 93, Minster, Ohio, died at 5:52 AM on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at her home in Minster.
She was born June 26, 1926 in Houston, Ohio to the late Raymond & Marie (Dickman) DeLaet. She was a 1944 graduate of Ft. Loramie High School. She married Albert F. Freytag on June 12, 1948 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Ft. Loramie. Her husband preceded her in death.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Albert F. Freytag, Jr. and Joseph R. Freytag, and sister Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Freytag.
She is also survived by children Marge & Wayne Jones, Loveland, Ohio, Dr. Thomas R. & Gwynne Freytag, Wapakoneta, William J. & Joyce Freytag, Botkins and Lisa Freytag, Minster, 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters-in-law, Ellen Freytag, Sidney and Anne Freytag, Minster.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 AM Saturday, January 16, 2019 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Rev. Frankline Rayappa, celebrant.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, January 18, 2019 and from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM on Saturday, January 19, 2019. Burial will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Minster Historical Society or the Ft. Loramie Historical Society.
