CELINA - Mercer County commissioners on Tuesday awarded a $192,335 contract to Perram Electric Inc. of Wadsworth to install a traffic signal on State Route 703 near the new Tri Star 2.0 site before it opens this fall.
MONTEZUMA - A man was unharmed after his snowmobile fell through the ice on Saturday, according to Montezuma Fire Chief Lee Braun.
