...FLASH FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING... The Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for * Portions of East Central Indiana and Ohio, including the following areas, in East Central Indiana, Fayette IN, Union IN, and Wayne. In Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Delaware, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Preble, Shelby, and Union OH. * Through Thursday evening * Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches will be possible in the heaviest activity. The ground is already saturated, and these rainfall amounts may lead to new instances of flash flooding. * While only isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected late tonight into Wednesday morning, any heavy rainfall could produce localized flash flooding. More widespread showers and thunderstorms are then expected from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday and the risk for flash flooding will continue through this time.

Robert Heitkamp
Robert A. Heitkamp, age 58, of Celina, died on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born August 10, 1960 in Coldwater, to the late Florian Heitkamp and Virginia (Kunkler) Heitkamp who survives in Coldwater.
He is survived by a son, Ryan Heitkamp; siblings, Carol & Keith Jones, Marilyn & George Epperson, Mark Heitkamp, David Heitkamp, Diane & Brent Smith, Marie & Jason Broering and numerous nieces and nephews.
He owned and operated Gamarama in Celina.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am Monday April 15, 2019 at St. Anthony Church. Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater from 1 to 4 pm Sunday April 14 and 9 to 9:45 Monday.
