COLDWATER - Mercer Health board of governors members approved new contracts on Wednesday that included pay raises and changes to employee health insurance to control health-care costs that have been reportedly eating away at the organization's bottom line.

COLDWATER - A Coldwater couple plans to open a new coffee and sandwich shop in the former Superior Credit Union office at 300 W. Sycamore St., according to Mercer County Community Development Director Jared Ebbing.
