Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

CELINA - Two women have been indicted for reckless homicide and child endangering in connection with the death of an infant on June 3 in St. Henry.
Jennifer L. Fusselman, 45, of Portland, Indiana, and Tianna M. Thobe, 27, of St. Henry each face one count of reckless homicide and one count of endangering children, both third-degree felonies, along with a first-degree misdemeanor charge of endangering children, according to Mercer County Common Pleas Court documents.
