Acquisition of Celina business planned
Coldwater company plans to purchase Visions/AwardCraft

CELINA - A new entity plans to purchase Visions/AwardCraft, a Celina-based manufacturer of corporate awards with a global footprint.
If the deal proceeds, the new owners would maintain Vision's operations and keep its 107 employees, Mercer County Community Development Director Jared Ebbing told the newspaper, citing a revolving loan fund application. [More]

Then Caleb Kinney got into the zone.
Kinney - who set Parkway's single-game scoring record with 46 on Saturday against Bradford - poured in 21 points, and the Panthers found their rhythm against that zone to connect for 10 3-pointers in a 66-39 win in Rockford. [More]
