* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Patricia Stammen
Patricia R. "Pat" Stammen, age 66, of Fort Recovery, died February 17, 2020, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born March 18, 1953, in Coldwater, to Gerald and Irene (Gruss) Timmerman. Her father is deceased; her mother survives in Fort Recovery. On February 5, 1972, she married Kenneth Stammen, who survives.
Also surviving are her children, Jodi (Jeff) Wendel of Fort Recovery, Jeffrey (Melanie) Stammen of Coldwater, Lori (Ryan) Thien of Fort Recovery, Timothy (Sarah) Stammen of Fort Recovery and Lisa (Shawn) Overman of Fort Recovery; her siblings, Ed (Jeanette) Timmerman of Independence, MO, Thelma (Bob) Parks of Greenville, Sue (Ken) Flory of Union City, IN, Mark (Dixie) Timmerman of Fort Recovery, Lois (Steve) Vogel of Fort Recovery, Sally (Don) Siegrist of Fort Recovery, Dave (Lisa) Timmerman of Fort Recovery, Joyce (Tom) Fullenkamp of Fort Recovery and Roger Timmerman of Fort Recovery; grandchildren, Cole, Cade, Cobe, Cali, Peyton, Tanner, Marcus, Elijah, Taylor, Rachel, Bo, Lilah, Charlie, Kaitlyn, Kent, Cooper, Bennett, Sawyer and Hadley; sisters-in-law, Ginny Pugh of Fort Recovery and Lucy Timmerman of St. Henry; and in-laws, Ronnie (Mary Lou) Stammen of Fort Recovery, Kathy (Ron) Ontrop of St. Henry, Dan Stammen of Fort Recovery and friend Deb Abels of Celina and Steve Stammen of Fort Recovery.
Preceding her in death are brothers, Tony and Kevin Timmerman; a sister, Mary Timmerman and an in-law, John Stammen.
Pat was a 1971 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, and a graduate of Ohio State Beauty Academy, Lima Ohio.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 345 and the Red Hat Ladies both of Fort Recovery. She was also a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery and its Ladies Sodality. Pat was very active throughout her life and helped her husband run the family farm.
She bowled on Monday nights for over 40 years and volunteered for years at the Progressive Sportsman's Club during the water races. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella Circle 810, Fort Recovery and made rosaries for their chapter. She completed 4,864 rosaries as part of the D of I ministry to spread the word of God in the military and various other missions. However, her pride and joy was her family. She could be found following the grandchildren to all of their events and cheering them on through her smile. Her quiet nature and warm presence will never be forgotten.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, with Fr. Ned Brown celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Wednesday and 9:00 am-10:00 am Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
