* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Diana Fields
Diana Fields, age 72, a resident of rural Portland, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
Diana was born on March 8, 1947, in Berne, Indiana, the daughter of Keith Teeple and Elizabeth (Grogg) Schmidt.
She worked for Jay Garment for 33 years and FCC in Portland for 7 years. She enjoyed spending time with her children, and sitting on the porch in the sunshine watching her grandchildren. Diana married Robert Fields on December 28, 1962.
Survivors include: Her husband of 57 years: Robert "Bob" Fields-rural Portland, Indiana; 2 daughters: Laura Williams (husband Al)-Iowa City, Iowa; Sunday King (fiancé Tim Thacker)-Fremont, Indiana; 1 sister: Betty Ann Lawrence-Celina, Ohio; 2 brothers: Steven Teeple (wife Gilda)-Valparaiso, Indiana, Mark Teeple (wife Evelyn)-Angola, Indiana, 5 grandchildren: Friday King (husband-David Reed), Dannie King III (wife-Brittany), Diana Hall (husband-Alex), Laura Williams, and Ariel Williams; 6 great-grandchildren: Kaylee, Emily, Nevaeh, Olivia, Rosemary, and Tavion.
She was preceded in death by a son, Barney Fields, her parents, and 3 brothers: Larry, Bruce and Roger Teeple.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 am-11:00 am at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.
Services to celebrate Diana's life will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Pastor Larry Eads will officiate the services. Burial will follow at a later date in Antioch Cemetery, south of Portland.
