Kathleen Highley
Kathleen "Kathy" O. Highley, age 70, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on February 28, 2021 at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
She was born April 12, 1950 in Mercer County, to the late Urban and Elnora (Sutter) Braun. On June 26, 1976 she married Richard E. Highley and he survives at the residence in Celina.
  Other survivors include her children, Mary Ann S. Highley, Celina, John E. Highley, Celina and Michelle M. (Gary) Sterns, Celina; six sisters, Dorothy Sudhoff, Fort Recovery, Betty Meyer, New Port, Ohio, Rosemary (George) Bruns, Chickasaw, Ruth Brunswick, Celina, Marlene (Romie) Fullenkamp, Bryant, Indiana and Karen (Paul) Boeke, Maria Stein; her mother-in-law, Pat Highley, Celina; three grandsons, Mark, Merlin and Matthew; and many nieces and nephews.
  She is also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Braun; and her father-in-law, Robert E. Highley.
  Kathy spent most of her life caring for and loving her family while working as a homemaker. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater.
  Visitation hours will be from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm on Thursday, March 4, 2021 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, March 5, 2021 in the funeral home with Pastor Mark Wakeland officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
  Attendees are required to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the national concerns of COVID-19. Masks are required by attendees at visitation and funeral service.
Memorial Contributions can be made to American Heart Association.
