Robert B. Riethman age 74 of Anna, Ohio died at 10:58 AM on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.

He was born on November 26, 1947 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Raymond B. & Lorena (Reichert) Riethman.

He is survived by sisters: Mary Jane & David May, Tipp City, Patricia & Thomas Horstman, Beavercreek, brother: Raymond J. & Barbara Riethman, McCartyville, nieces & nephews: Anthony & Aimee May, Angie & Brian Strong, Alan Riethman, Daniel & Lindsey Riethman, Amy & Jon Elkins, Brian & Ashley Riethman, Laura & Ken Hickerson, Julia & Clint Seger, Andy Horstman, Krista & Brandon Betteridge, Elizabeth Horstman.

Bob was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville. He was a graduate of Anna High School in 1965, Sinclair College in 1970 and The Ohio State University in 1973. Most of his career he worked at Stamco and Monarch Machine as the Chief Financial Officer. He served in the Ohio National Guard and was on the Honor Guard for the Anna American Legion Post 0446. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus where he served as a former Grand Knight and financial officer for many years. He served on many boards including Monarch Machine Tool Company Foundation Committee. He was a member of the Minster Eagles and enjoyed golfing, bowling, skiing, traveling and was an OSU fan. He liked helping out on the farm and gardening.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville. Burial with full military honors will take place in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 4 to 7 PM on Thursday, December 9 and from 9 to 10 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church on Friday.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Fort Loramie Rescue Squad and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
