He was born April 6, 1963, in Sidney, Ohio, to the late Raymond & Pauline "Tootie" (Marchal) Holscher.

Mr. Holscher was a 1981 graduate of both Fort Loramie High School and the Upper Valley Joint Vocational School in Piqua where he studied Ag Diesel Mechanics. In his leisure Rayme enjoyed fixing tractors, helping with farming and especially, riding his Harley that he affectionately named "Roxanne".
