This matter came before the court on Plaintiff's motion for service by publication of Defendant Lynn M. Abels filed December 5, 2017. The court finds that Defendant's address is unknown to Plaintiff, and Plaintiff has exhausted reasonable efforts to locate Ms. Abels.
It is hereby ORDERED that a publication of the notice be made one time per week for six consecutive weeks in The Daily Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in this county. Said publication shall contain a summary statement of the subject matter in this case. Service shall be complete upon the sixth publication.

The Cash Basis Annual Financial Report of the Fort Recovery Public Library for the year ended December 31, 2017, has been completed and is available for public inspection at the Fort Recovery Library.
