NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF MERCER SAVINGS BANK

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Meeting of Members of Mercer Savings Bank (the "Bank") on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. The Special Meeting will be held at the office of Bank located at 1100 Irmscher Blvd., Celina, Ohio. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to vote on proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Bank. Depositors and borrowers as of the close of business on March 4, 2023, will be the members of the Bank entitled to vote at the Special Meeting. If a member granted a proxy to the officer and directors of the Bank, the proxy is revocable at any time before the Special Meeting or by attending the Special Meeting and voting in person.

The South Central Mercer Fire District will hold special meetings on the following dates and times:  

April 18, 2023 - 7:00 p.m.

Sept. 25, 2023 - 7:00 p.m. 

The meetings will be held at the Granville Township Hall at 141 S. Walnut Street, St. Henry, OH 45883.
