MARION TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION

A public hearing will be held before the Marion Township Zoning Commission on April 10, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. at the Marion Township House, 8078 Marion Drive, Maria Stein, Ohio, for the general business of the board and to consider the following:
The Marion Township Zoning Commission has received a request from Grace Jutte to rezone certain property currently owned by her from agricultural to residential (R-1 and R-2) and to be known as Jutte Residential Development, Lots 1 through 11. The eleven parcel numbers are sequentially numbered 31-045400.0100 through 31-045400.1100. The Commission will consider the request and hear public comment at that time. The application and survey for the proposal will be available for examination at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. prior to the hearing. Upon completion of its review, the Commission will make a recommendation to the Township Trustees for its action.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Commission of the Village of St. Henry at 4:30 p.m. on April 11, 2024, at the St. Henry Council Chambers located at 121 W. Washington Street, St. Henry, Ohio regarding a variance request for the property located at 421 Anthony Drive, Village of St. Henry. Request is for a variance to the required minimum rear yard depth.

The Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals, Mercer County, Ohio, will have a variance permit hearing on February 29, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. for Tony & Lindsey Youngpeter, 1240 Menchhofer Road, Coldwater, Ohio. Tony & Lindsey Youngpeter would like to add onto their existing storage building which then they would not meet the side setback requirements of twenty feet and the rear setback requirements of thirty feet. They are requesting a variance and asking what the minimum requirements would be to meet the zoning board requirements.
