The State of Ohio, Mercer County. David Wolters, Treasurer, Mercer County, Ohio, Plaintiff, vs. Parcels of Land Encumbered with Delinquent Tax Liens, Mark A. Poplaski & Kenneth Poplaski, last known owner, et al., Defendant. Case No.: 21CIV028.
Whereas, judgment has been rendered against certain parcels of real estate property for taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest, and cost as follows:

Last Known Owner: Mark A. Poplaski and Kenneth Poplaski. Total Amount of Judgment: $14,877.27 as of December 15, 2020, plus any additional taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest and court costs, which are estimated to total $27,274.27.
And, whereas, such judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of such judgment;
Pursuant to a Court Order of Sale 21CIV028, in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale such real property at a public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least the total amount of the judgment, including all taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest and court costs, payable subsequent to the delivery to the prosecuting attorney of the delinquent land tax certificate or master list of delinquent tracts and prior to the transfer of the deed of the property to the purchaser following confirmation of sale, at the Mercer County Courthouse in the Courthouse Auditorium on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 10:00 A.M.
If the parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same conditions of the first sale and at the same location on November 3, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. For an amount that equals at least the total amount of the judgment, including all taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest and court costs payable subsequent to the delivery to the prosecuting attorney of the delinquent land tax certificate or master list of delinquent tracts and prior to the transfer of the deed of the property to the purchaser following confirmation of sale.
The parcel will not be sold for less than $27,274.27.
TERMS OF SALE: Deposit of $5,000 down at the time of sale and the balance in cash within 30 days from the confirmation hearing.
Pursuant to ORC 2329.21, purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
