The Recovery Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Friday, November 13th, 2020, to discuss the Townships engagement of the Southern Mercer County EMS District for EMS Services. Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Township meeting hall.
The St. Henry Village Council has passed the following:
Ordinance 1080 - accepting the annexation of .0429 and 1.192 acres of land to the Village of St. Henry, Ohio.
Ordinance 1081 - confirming the Mayor's appointment of a Public Utilities Superintendent for the Village of St. Henry, Ohio.
Resolution 2020-12 - affirming that the Village of St. Henry, Ohio Public Safety Personnel are substantially dedicated to mitigating or responding to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Mowery, deceased you will take notice that on the 7th day of October, 2020, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas, 101 North Main Street, Room 205, Celina, OH 45822, being Case No. 20-CIV-076, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff on Tax Certificate No. 18-006, the principal amount of $3,008.59, plus accrued interest of $877.50 through July 31, 2020, plus interest at 17.5% thereafter, Tax Certificate No. 19-004, the principal amount of $1,247.97, plus accrued interest of: $168.48 through July 31, 2020, plus interest at 18% thereafter; and the amount paid to the County Treasurer for current taxes, interest, and charges not covered by the Tax Certificates in the principal amount of Taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges that are not covered by a tax certificate, Plaintiff is owed as of September 10, 2020, the principal amount of $1,128.79, plus interest at 18% from September 10, 2020, plus additional amounts as may accrue during the pendency of this action as is allowed by Ohio Revised Code Sections 5721.30 through 5721.41 or otherwise, plus attorney fees and additional amounts due which are secured by the Tax Lien Certificates on the real property, which has a street address of 322 Sollers Drive, Celina, OH 45822, being permanent parcel number 090115000000.
Plaintiff further alleges that the Tax Certificate(s) be deemed a valid first statutory lien on the Property pursuant to ORC §5721.10 and §5721.35, and otherwise, for the amount owing, together with Plaintiff's advances for demolition and other costs, the amount owing on subsequent tax certificates acquired by Plaintiff concerning the Property, taxes, assessments, and other charges, costs and attorneys' fees; and by reason of a default in payment by Charles A. Mowery, for amounts due pursuant to the Tax Lien Certificates; Plaintiff alleges such lien(s) are entitled to be foreclosed, that the Court make findings in accordance with ORC §5721.39 (A) and (B), and that unless the amount found due, including Plaintiffs attorneys' fees and costs relating directly or indirectly to the Tax Certificate(s), be tendered to the Plaintiff prior to the filing of an Entry of Confirmation of Sale in this matter, the equity of redemption of all defendants be foreclosed.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said Tax Lien Certificates, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 19, 2020, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first item on the agenda Is request for a site plan review (lot split) combining 2315 and 2317 Eaglebrooke Circle. Request has been filed by Randall Bruns of Celina, Ohio. Zoning is R-1.
The second item on the agenda Is site plan review for the reconstruction of sign at 404 W. Logan Street that is currently in city right-of-way. Request has been filed by Angie and Curt Williams. New sign will be placed in same location but smaller in size with a LED message board. Zoning is B-1.
The third item is for site plan review of a continuation of Eaglebrooke Parkway. RCS Construction is wanting to start developing more residential lots in subdivision and want to have a preliminary drawing submitted reviewed.
