Here are some of the construction projects underway or starting soon in Mercer and Auglaize counties.

Officials will use $1 million from a state revolving loan fund to rehabilitate the exterior of the Reservoir Mill, built in 1847, and make sure the foundation and interior is stable. Officials hoped to have phase one put out to bid at some point this year, possibly with some work beginning before winter. In the future funding for interior work would likely be raised largely through private contributions.
