Rockford Village Administrator Jeff Long said work is proceeding at the wastewater treatment plant as equipment continues to be installed as part of a complete overhaul of the plant. He hopes the $2.3 million project will be completed in time for an open house this summer. Inclement weather has caused some setbacks.
