* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Shirlie Feuerriegel
Former Celina resident Shirlie M. Feuerriegel, 71, of Opelika, Ala., died Oct. 26, 2006, at her home.
She was born Oct. 8, 1935, in W.Va., to Gifford J. and Elsie E. Blevins McClain. Her husband of 53 years, Richard L. Feuerriegel, survives.
Also surviving are a son, Richard F. (Wendy), Auburn, Ala.; a daughter, Lisa J. (Rick) Malone, Hattiesburg, Miss.; four brothers, Samuel J., Thomas G., Dennis R. and Joseph D. McClain, all of Newark; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Robin L.; a sister, Sandra J. Allen; and two brothers, James W. McClain and Ronald K. McClain.
She was a homemaker and worked as a Water Safety Instructor Trainer (WSIT) and a Bible study teacher. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Opelika, and a 25-year volunteer with the American Red Cross.
Services are at noon Tuesday at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Newark, the Rev. William J. Rauch officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark.
Calling is after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Lutheran church.
Arrangements are being handled by Henderson-Van Atta Funeral & Cremation Service, Newark Chapel.
