Anna Schmitmeyer
Coldwater native Anna C. Schmitmeyer, 84, of Sidney, died at 2:41 p.m. Dec. 21, 2007, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.
She was born June 9, 1923, in Coldwater, to William and Caroline Selhorst Huelskamp. In November 1946, she married Arthur L. Schmitmeyer, who died June 5, 1986. In 1989, she married Frank Dillhoff, who died in 1990.
Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn (Ben) Edmonds, Piqua, and Cathryn (Robert) Metzer, Sidney; five stepsons, Dennis (Judy) Dillhoff, Kettering, Robert (Carol) Dillhoff, Beavercreek, Gerald (Betsy) Dillhoff, Chicago, Ill., Floyd Dillhoff, Coldwater, and Richard Dillhoff, Oakland, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Delores Dillhoff, Tucson, Ariz., and Phyllis (Don) Zizelman, Celina; a brother, Ralph Huelskamp, St. Peter; four sisters, Mary Huelskamp, St. Henry, Irene Siefring, New Weston, Edna (Robert) Grilliot, Versailles, and Helen Bowers, Oakwood; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister.
She was a self-employed seamstress and worked at the former Jerold's Clothing store, Sidney. She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney, and its Sacred Heart Altar Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Patrick McMullen officiating. Burial is at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cromes Funeral Home, Sidney.
