* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Chilcoat
St. Marys native Paul R. Chilcoat, 50, died Jan. 11, 2008, at his residence in Columbia City, Ind., after an extended illness.
He was born July 26, 1957, in St. Marys , to Rafe and Beverly Chilcoat. His father is deceased and his mother survives in St. Marys. On Feb. 26, 2005, he married Tracie Myers, who survives in Columbia City.
Other survivors are a stepson, Jeramie Sturgill, Columbia City; a stepdaughter, Brandie (Keith) Hollon, Ft. Wayne, Ind.; a brother, Charles; two sisters, Darlene Chilcoat, St. Marys, Lorie (Greg) Meece of Peoria, Ariz.; two half brothers, Rafe Chilcoat Jr. and Randy Chilcoat, both of St. Marys; and four stepgrandchildren.
He was a CNC machine operator at Dexter Axle in Albion, Ind., for 22 years. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Albion.
Burial was Sunday at Merriam Christian Cemetery in Indiana.
Arrangements were handled by Brazzell Funeral Home, Albion Chapel.
