* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Kerber
Dorothy E. Kerber, 87, of Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney, died at 5:40 a.m. Feb. 24, 2008, at the nursing home.
She was born July 20, 1920, in Coldwater, to Joseph and Frances Stelzer Wuebker. On Oct. 4, 1941, she married George A. Kerber, who died March 29, 1981. On Sept. 2, 1995, she married Elmer Deiser, who survives.
Other survivors are 10 sons; two daughters; a brother, four sisters; 38 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother; a sister; and three grandchildren.
She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church, Sidney, its Altar Rosary Society and the senior center. She also was a member of Wilson Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and the international travel programs Elderhostel and Friendship Force.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Patrick McMullen officiating. Burial is at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home, Sidney.
