* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Goldie Merriman
Goldie Marie Merriman, 90, 802 Royal Oak Drive, St. Marys, died at 7:45 p.m. Feb. 24, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 24, 1917, in Sidney, to Harley and Antoinette Schumann Rostorfer. On April 3, 1937, she married Dale Merriman, who died July 5, 1995.
Survivors are a son, James (Ruth Ann), St. Marys; two daughters, Janet (Harold) Florence, New Carlisle, and Ruth (Parker) McGlothen, St. Marys; two sisters, Betty Werling and Ruth Burden, both of Wapakoneta; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Leroy, Calvin and Robert Rostorfer; three sisters, Phyllis Burden, Virginia Erb and Gladys Harrod; and a granddaughter.
She was a homemaker and had worked in the cafeteria at St. Marys West Elementary School where she retired in 1979. A 1935 graduate of Blume High School, Wapakoneta, she was a member of Zion Lutheran church, St. Marys, where she served as Sunday school teacher and on the evangelism committee. She also was a member of the Zion Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
Services are 3 p.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. William Maki officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church.
