At 153 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near De Graff, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Chippewa Park, Roundhead, Quincy, Huntsville, Port Jefferson, Logansville, Mcmorran, Maplewood, New Hampshire, Bloom Center, Pemberton, Lewistown, and Springhills.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 88 and 90.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated and surface observation station reported.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Dola, Huntersville, State Route 195 at State Route 235, and New Hampshire.

Jeannene Walters
Former Celina resident, Jeannene K. Walters, 72, died at 6:02 p.m. May 7, 2008, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 1, 1936, in Dayton, to David and Lela May Engle Walters.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a brother, Donald (Mary Alice) Walters and a sister, Elaine (Lester) Wenning.
She retired from Cheryl Ann Programs in Celina in 2003 and was a member of New Life Christian Center, Celina, and the Celina Senior Citizens.
Services ares 4 p.m. Saturday at the Lohman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. William Lewis officiating. Private burial will be held in St. Bernard Cemetery in Springfield at the convenience of the family.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
