* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina City Schools Superintendent Matt Miller, standing, and Celina Police Detective Ron Waltmeier search a high school locker that was targeted this morning by one of the drug dogs during a search of school property and grounds. Nothing was found at this locker.
