Retiring Celina water treatment plant worker says water and city's reputation now clean

After three decades of work as an operator at the Celina water treatment plant, Larry Derksen is happy to say the reputation of the city utilities has improved.

Cases against 2 other men allegedly involved continue in local court
An area man appeared in Mercer County Common Pleas Court Wednesday and admitted his involvement in what has been labeled a senior prank gone bad within a day of his graduation from Fort Recovery High School.
