* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Anna Morgan
Anna Marie Morgan, 74, Glasgow, Ky., died Sept. 26, 2008, at her residence.
She was born in Mendon to George Philip and Mary Rhodes Meihls. In 1956, she married Eddie G. Morgan, who survives.
Other survivors are three daughters, Cam (Luke) Matthews, Owensboro, Ky., Pamela (Bob) Strodtbeck, Orlando, Fla., and June (John) Vaughn, Glasgow; a sister, Mary Jane Wolfe, Celina; two brothers, Harold Eugene (Jan) Meihls, St. Louis, Mich. and Bob Lee (Rita) Meihls, Celina.
Deceased are a brother, Ellis Leroy; and two sisters, Donna Mae Ely and Marilyn Joyce Andrews; and a grandson.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at the A.F. Crow & Sons Funeral Home, Glasgow. Burial is at Happy Valley Memorial Gardens.
Calling is 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
