* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Theresa Fiely
Theresa C. Fiely, 82, St. Henry, died at 1:05 a.m. Sept. 29, 2008, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born Dec. 16, 1925, in Shelby County, to John and Catherine Behr Mertz. On May 15, 1954, she married Stanley J. Fiely, who died Oct. 21, 1991.
Surviving are four children, Edmund (Sharon Kay), Maria Stein, Andrew (Judy), St. Henry, Susanna (Ralph) Siegel, Minster, and Helen (Roy) Grunden, Maria Stein; a sister, Sister Mary Adeline Mertz, Dayton; five brothers; Robert (Alvira) Mertz, New Weston, Charles (Alma) Mertz, Sidney, Bernard (Rosetta) Mertz, Botkins, Thomas (Norma) Mertz, Minster, and Pat (Kim) Mertz, Seattle, Wash.; a brother-in-law Herb Quinter, St. Henry; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Margaret Quinter; a brother, John Mertz and a grandson.
She was a member of St. Francis Church, Cranberry Prairie, and its Rosary Altar Sodality, the Uniform Group-Knights of St. John Ladies Auxiliary, Maria Stein, the Uniform Group-Maria Stein American Legion Auxiliary, Chickasaw, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and Catholic Knights of America both in Cassella.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at the church, the Rev. Tom Hemm officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Contributions can be made to Alzheimer's Association West Central Ohio Chapter Lima, or Heritage Manor Activity Fund.
