* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Naomi Williams
Former Celina resident Naomi Margaret Williams, 86, 28070 County Road 24 West, Elkhart, Ind., died at 5:45 p.m. Sept. 29, 2008, at Hubbard Hill Estates, Elkhart.
She was born March 5, 1922, in Celina, to Philip and Virtue Wilson Howell. On Sept. 18, 1943, she married John R. Williams, who died July 27, 1988.
Surviving are a daughter Lisa (Glen) Garman, Goshen, Ind.; a brother Eugene (Matilda) "Tillie" Howell, Celina, a sister, Loverda Myers, Celina; and two grandsons.
Deceased is a brother-in-law, Kenneth Myers.
She and her husband owned and operated Williams Jewelry Store in Celina, for 33 years retiring in 1977. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and Order of Eastern Star, both in Celina. She was a 1940 graduate of Rockford High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Dave Dennis and Steven Howell officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to service Thursday at the funeral home, where the Celina Chapter of O.E.S. will conduct services at 4 p.m.
