Everett Bradford
Everett E. Bradford, 74, of rural Wapakoneta, died Dec. 12, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 17, 1934, in Auglaize County near St. Marys, to Willis and Beulah Now Bradford. On June 9, 1990, he married Becky Williams, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Rex (Bonnie), St. Marys; three stepchildren, J.T. Schlenker and Amy (Shawn) Thompson, all of Wapakoneta, and Robin (Brian) Clay, Van Wert; a brother, Paul (Ruth), Wapakoneta; a sister, Wavalene (Myron) Opperman, New Knoxville; a granddaughter, six stepgrandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Eugene; and an infant sister, Esther.
He was a farmer, retired from Superior Tube Co., Wapakoneta, and had worked at Copeland Corporation, Sidney. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Wapakoneta.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Buckland United Church of Christ, the Rev. Sue Keller officiating. Burial is at Buckland Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.
