* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Thomas Moyar
Thomas J. Moyar, 51, of 915 Parkway Drive, Apt. 11, St. Marys, died Dec. 11, 2008, in Wapakoneta. Cause of death was not yet known.
He was born Aug. 9, 1957, in St. Marys to Jesse B. and Mary J. Fortman Moyar. His mother, now Mary Moyar-Sunderland, survives in St. Marys.
Other survivors are three sons, Jesse (Nikki), Justin (Tammy) and Jeremiah, all of St. Marys; a daughter, Jolena, St. Marys; five brothers, Steve (Sue) Moyar, Jim (Lori) Moyar and Wyche (Carla) Sunderland Jr., all of St. Marys, Rick (Jennifer Smith) Moyar, New Bremen, Rudy (Minerva) Olivio, Columbus Grove; two sisters, Barb Revolt, St. Marys, and Diane Hardeman, Bowling Green, Ky.; and nine grandchildren.
He worked at St. Marys Foundry Company and was a carpet installer prior to becoming disabled. He attended St. Marys City Schools.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
