* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Darlene Vining
Darlene "Dolly" Vining, 77, 219 Maple St., St. Marys, died at 3:02 a.m. Dec. 28, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 14, 1931, in Lima, to Clarence and Lesta Siebert Cross. On June 6, 1949, she married Lewis F. Vining, who died May 14, 1994.
Surviving are four daughters, Janet Baker, Fort Wayne, Ind., Sharon, St. Marys, Goldie (Robert Eshleman), St. Marys, and Tammy (Dave) Kanorr, New Bremen; two stepchildren, Marlene Flugga, and Merrill, both of Findlay; two brothers, Ben Cross, Lima, and Jesse Cross, Jackson, Mich; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, eight stepgrandchildren, 21 stepgreat-grandchildren, and 10 stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are six brothers, Walter, Lawrence "Hap", Samuel, Paul, Harry Cross, and an infant; and two sisters, Gertrude Stauffer and Grace Zuke.
She retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, after 361/2 years of service.
Services are 8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Mike Everage officiating. Burial is at a later date at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
