Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the evening. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, as temperatures fall, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Teen to use insanity defense

WAPAKONETA - The St. Marys teen who allegedly left a bomb at a gasoline station in St. Marys was arraigned in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court on Monday morning.
Jesse B. McDermitt, 18, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to all six felony charges against him and was represented by his court-appointed attorney Mark Weller of Wapakoneta. [More]

Celina utility rates to see jump in July
Water rate will increase by 8%; sewage by 2%
