* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joan Rammel
Joan F. Rammel, 78, 314 Augustus St., St. Marys, died at 10:25 a.m. June 28, 2009, at her residence.
She was born March 28, 1931, in Celina, to Andrew and Alma Bertke Niekamp. On May 20, 1950, she married Maurice "Moe" Rammel, who died May 29, 2006.
Surviving are her children, Karen (Terry) Makley, Troy, Steven (Sandi) Rammel, New Bremen, Mary (Scott) Kogge, St. Marys, John (Kaye) Rammel, St. Marys, Theresa (Doug) Riesen, St. Marys, Tom (Pam) Rammel, New Bremen, and Lora (Bill) Krugh, St. Marys; four brothers, Paul Niekamp, Tom (Mary) Niekamp, and James (Margie) Niekamp, all of St. Henry, and Andrew Niekamp, Kettering; two sisters, Phyllis (Joe) Miller, Battle Creek, Mich., and Kathleen (Jerry) Pulskamp, New Bremen.
Deceased are a sister, Ethel (Elmer) Rinderle; a brother, Lester, and his wife, Bev Niekamp; an infant brother, John Niekamp; and a sister-in-law, Dottie Niekamp.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and its choir, Altar Society and Legion of Mary, and served as a Eucharistic minister and CCD teacher for many years. She graduated in 1949 from St. Henry High School, where she was a cheerleader for four years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:15 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
